Who this covers
This notice applies to mduamenities.com, operated by Bill Wright doing business as MDU Amenities, an authorized independent channel partner for Smartaira. Contact: bwright@mduamenities.com, (832) 984-3799.
What I collect
Only what you choose to give me. The property review form asks for:
- Your name, company, work email, and phone number
- Your relationship to the property
- Property or portfolio name, city, state, unit count, stage, and property type
- Your timing and whatever you write in the message field
The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not build a profile of your browsing. The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and keeps standard server logs including IP address for security and abuse prevention.
What I use it for
- Responding to your inquiry and discussing your property
- Checking serviceability and preparing a proposal, which means sharing the property details you provide with Smartaira
- Keeping a record of our correspondence
I do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or use it for targeted advertising. I will not add you to a marketing list from a form submission alone.
Who I share it with
Smartaira, when checking serviceability or preparing a proposal for your property — that is the purpose of the form. Netlify, as the hosting and form provider. Standard business tools such as email. Anyone else only if you ask me to, or if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
For as long as we have an active conversation, and afterward for the period I need to keep ordinary business records. Ask me to delete it and I will, subject to any record I'm required to retain.
Your choices
Email me at bwright@mduamenities.com and I will, within a reasonable time and at no charge:
- Tell you what information I hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Provide a copy of what you submitted
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by statute — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and comparable state laws. I extend them to everyone who contacts me, regardless of residency, because drawing the line by state would be an odd way to treat people.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and I won't claim otherwise.
Children
This site is directed at property owners and managers. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
